Each project follows a unique timeline, dependent upon project scope,
starting point, specifications, etc. What we have shown you below is a
timeline for a hypothetical project of medium to small size, with two
components of the application being designed simultaneously. The ideal
project progresses through several phases: Design, Development, Alpha Test,
Beta Test, and Completion.
